National MINISTERIO DE CULTURA | MINISTRY OF CULTURE. COLOMBIA · 2017 The National Award on Art Criticism is given by the Colombian Ministry of Culture and Universidad de los Andes. It recognizes the best writings on art and visual culture submitted annually. An international jury selects the best writings in two categories: Long Essay and Short Essay. More about this award
