Award for Excellence in Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Program

School University of Miami Miller School of Medicine · 2018 Awarded to 5 out of the nearly 80 LEND trainees. Awards were given to those who created LEND advocacy projects which showed special promise in altering child, family, and intergenerational outcomes by proposing systems-level change interventions.

Roy H. Park Scholar

University North Carolina State University · 2008 Awarded annually to 35 undergraduate students nationwide from thousands of applications, the Park Scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional abilities and potential in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. The scholarship is a full merit scholarship valued at up to $186,000 and covers all costs of attendance at NC State University.
