Senior consultant and lead on a range of initiatives to advance teaching innovation at Duke University, consulting with faculty in the School of Medicine, Law, Global Health, Fuqua, and the School of Nursing. A strong advocate for graduate education, leading the Bass Digital Education Fellowship program (in partnership with the Duke Graduate School) to prepare the next generation of academic innovators.

Managed the development of the first global online course for Duke with a partner medical school in Moshi, Tanzania to build capacity in global health education. Duke Presidential Award (2022), with the Learning Innovation team, and Online Learning Consortium Best-in-Strand Award in the category: Institutional Strategies and Innovations (2016).
