● Measured prevalence, management, and outcomes of early breast cancer patients eligible for treatment de-escalation in South Africa, focusing on two evidence-based strategies 1) adjuvant radiation omission after breast conserving surgery and 2) adjuvant chemotherapy omission for patients with a low Magee score
● Conducted focus groups and interviews to assess breast cancer providers’ impressions on de-escalation implementation and assess breast cancer patients for clinical relevance
