International American Statistical Association · 2021 Like many other academic professional societies, the American Statistical Association (ASA) uses the title of Fellow of the American Statistical Association as its highest honorary grade of membership. The number of new fellows per year is limited to one third of one percent of the membership of the ASA. Dr Wang was recognized at the 2021 Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM) “For original contribution for developing methodology in clinical trials, biomarker validation and comparative effectiveness research; for impactful collaboration in oncology; for dedication to dissemination of statistical knowledge; and for outstanding service to the profession.” More about this award
