Feeding of lysine and threonine dificient rice diets for three days reduced kidney total lipid. Total, free and esterified cholesterol were increased in the deficient group while triglyceride and free fatry acids were decreased. The incorporatin of acetate-1-14C was reduced in total lipids, free and esterified cholesterol and free fatty acids in rats fed dificient rice diets.
