This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To examine which intervention (anterior or posterior spinal correction and fusion) has the best functional clinical outcome (in terms of pain, participant satisfaction and function), the best radiographic results and the lowest complication rates in people with AIS.
