nonvolatile memory (eNVM) technology is an important sector in both academic research and memory industry for more than a decade. Following the maturing of fabrication process, eNVMs started to demonstrate their unique properties in data storage and computing. This paper provides a short review of the eNVM technologies and their applications in future memory hierarchy and computing systems.
