Artifacts may affect the analysis of optical coherence tomography (OCT) angiography (OCTA) images, leading to incorrect interpretation of data. Table 8.1 lists some common artifacts seen on OCTA images, potential misinterpretations caused by the artifacts, and how to identify and avoid the artifacts.
