This paper provides a novel wavelet balance approach for steady-state analysis in nonlinear circuits. Because the proposed simulation algorithm is performed in time domain, it can overcome most of the disadvantages of the frequency domain based methodology, and result in low computational complexity and high simulation precision. Furthermore, an adaptive scheme can be employed to automatically determine the wavelet order in simulation. Some experimental results prove the proposed method to be an effective one.
