High throughput acquisition and analysis of bacterial colony features using gigapixel microscopy

We utilize Gigapixel microscopy to quantify morphological features in bacterial colonies across multi-well plates. This system augments high-throughput assays by synchronously capturing valuable phenotypic information and is demonstrated here in an acquisition and analysis pipeline.
