<p>Supplementary Figure 1: 3D Rendering of mammosphere stained with 2-NBDG and TMRE. Supplementary Figure 2: Western blot confirms loss of Her2 expression following withdrawal of Dox in media conditions. Supplementary Figure 3: Quantification of immunohistochemistry results confirm changes in proliferation and apoptosis. Supplementary Figure 4: Average 2-NBDG and TMRE per mammosphere and group across each time point. Supplementary Figure 5: Annexin V and TMRE flow cytometry show increased TMRE is independent of increased apoptosis.</p>
