We present our surgical planning and fixation technique for a volar displaced distal radius fracture. Achieving an anatomic reduction by restoring key alignment parameters and obtaining accurate intraoperative radiographs are critical for these fracture types. This chapter illustrates a direct flexor carpi radialis approach with a volar locking plate fixation construct.
