How to Give an Excellent Virtual Presentation

During the COVID-19 pandemic, users of all ages and backgrounds were forced to adapt to virtual platforms, and the use of these platforms soared. Consequently, virtual platforms are increasingly meeting new expectations but also requiring new skills of presenters. To develop engaging presentations, presenters must possess knowledge of specific platforms as well as skills to utilize available resources creatively. The benefits of virtual presentations are numerous and exciting, and difficulties can generally be mitigated by capable presenters. The information in this chapter can help presenters improve their ability to provide excellent virtual presentations by identifying techniques to maintain engagement during virtual presentations.
