Vegetation has the potential to affect the water behavior of an unsaturated karst environment. This study investigates the impact of tree felling on the water content of the Lascaux massif, using monthly electrical resistivity measurements from the past decade. The findings indicate that the karstic massif’s water balance recovered only two to three years after silvicultural activities.
