In this chapter, cystic lesions as well as benign and malignant neoplasms that can arise from the Bartholin gland, paraurethral (Skene) gland, prostatic tissue type of the vulva, canal of Nuck, mesonephric remnant, endometriosis, and cloacogenic remnants will be discussed. Some miscellaneous lesions of the vulva such as mucinous metaplasia of the vulva, vestibular papillomatosis, granular cell tumor, hidradenitis suppurativa, and epidermolytic hyperkeratosis will also be reviewed.
