We leveraged Kramers-Kronig relations to enhance fluorescence signal retrieval, enabling improved imaging of optic nerve head astrocytes within 3D hydrogel culture. This model uniquely combines microfluidics and interstitial flow to study glaucoma-associated mechanobiology.
