Correlation Tomography of Volumetric OCT Images Using HSV Color Space

We propose a method for correlation tomography of scatterer signatures using spectroscopic OCT. We visualize spatial correlations of 5.3μm and 7.7μm polystyrene beads, and cell nuclei of A431 cells using HSV color space.
