“Seen for Su’aal” and “Jeem for Jawaab” is a fun, game show–style video series designed to supplement Al-Kitaab 2 (Chapters 6–8). Originally created for remote learning, these videos engage learners with interactive reading, listening, and writing practice.Details:Seen for Su’aal and Jeem for Jawaab is an Arabic as a Foreign Language (AFL) resource created to complement Al-Kitaab 2, Chapters 6–9. Developed during the shift to remote teaching in COVID, the series was originally hosted on VoiceThread for third-year Arabic students.The videos take the form of a contestant-style game show, inviting students to participate asynchronously. Learners are prompted to leave comments and engage with additional instructions and guided activities, strengthening reading, listening, and writing skills in a dynamic, interactive way.This series is not a replacement for Al-Kitaab, but a creative supplement designed to make practice more engaging and to encourage active use of Arabic beyond the textbook.
