Temporal lobe epilepsy in children

Complex partial seizures of temporal lobe origin are one of the most common, yet difficult to control seizures occurring in childhood. In this article, the clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of children with this disorder are reviewed.
