Clinical Activities
- Clinically, I treat a variety of pelvic floor disorders including, but not limited to, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, postpartum pelvic floor disorders, and defecatory dysfunction. I have a particular interest in treating women with post-surgical mesh complications, complex fistulae, and congenital anomalies of the genitourinary tract. I have led efforts to build a Genitourinary Congenital Anomalies Program at Duke, which is a multi-disciplinary program involving Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology, Urogynecology, Pediatric Urology, and Colorectal Surgery.
