Research Interests

My research at focuses on reducing health disparities in underserved and minoritized youth, particularly following childhood trauma and abuse. I explore neurocognitive mechanisms pertaining to the prevention and treatment of post-traumatic stress and problematic substance use in adolescents. I use MRI, EEG, neurocognitive, and phenotypic assessments to evaluate and improve mental health across development.
