This chapter presents a series of case studies with questions related to bone sarcomas. The first case study is about a 17-year-old Caucasian male diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma of the left humerus. Other case studies include a 52-year-old Caucasian male with 1-year history of worsening back pain despite conservative treatment, a 54-year-old Asian male diagnosed with a large chordoma of the sacrum, and a 20-year-old Caucasian male evaluated for unremitting left knee pain. Finally, the chapter discusses the case study of a 58-year-old African-American female with pain in her left leg with weight bearing.
