Lead institutional mentoring for Advance HE Fellowship applicants (AFHEA and FHEA), providing structured feedback on narratives, evidence, and alignment with the UK Professional Standards Framework.
Serve as academic advisor to Duke undergraduate pre-major students, supporting academic planning, course selection, and early academic identity development.
