Research Interests
My research focuses on academic and professional development in higher education, with particular interests in graduate teaching preparation, academic identity formation, and inclusive approaches to educational development. I am currently co-authoring a peer-reviewed article on faculty and student perspectives on academic leadership, developed in collaboration with an undergraduate researcher and a senior academic leader. I also have a forthcoming book chapter on designing and sustaining teaching certificate programs for postgraduate researchers. My future work aims to explore the impact of professional recognition frameworks, such as Advance HE Fellowships, on institutional teaching cultures in the US and internationally.
