Senior Fellows demonstrate a record of influencing others’ practice, designing and leading academic development initiatives, and contributing to institutional or sector-wide enhancement. Fellowship is awarded through a peer-reviewed process aligned to the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF), which sets out expectations for effective, inclusive, and evidence-informed practice in higher education teaching and leadership.More about this award
